MT Barker Turf Club
Mt Barker Turf Club is situated in the heart of the Great Southern wine region in Western Australia. Vested in tradition and history the club was first formed in the early 1890's.
Since the Club's inception, Mt Barker has grown into a formidible Race Club.
With 6 race meetings per year Mt Barker Turf Club has a family friendly atmosphere close to the Racing Action.
The “Michelle Parsons Pink Ladies Day” has been moved from Sunday 30th October 2011 to Friday 30th Dec due to rain this week.
New Years Eve Eve Friday 30th December 2011 with live entertainment and Pink Ladies Day.
Ladies will again be able to frock up and frill out to win the gorgeous 9 ct gold Bracelet from Leading Edge Jewellers.
The Fashion of the Fields will be judged at 6pm.
Live music from the Pepperjacks followed by Hit n Miss till late.
Mt Barker Grapes & Gallops – $90,000 Mungrup Stud Sprint Day” Sunday 15th January 2012 again boasts to be the richest sprint race in the Great Southern. A huge day for the locals showcasing their wineries and produce.
Winding up the season is the XXXX Gold Mt Barker Cup (2000m) on Sunday 18th March 2012.

Mt Barker Turf Club is situated on McDonald Avenue, Mt Barker, they boast a family friendly atmosphere with bouncy castle and lions train for the kids, Full TAB & bar facilities and close to the Racing action !!
Membership is $40 or $20 for Pensioners which gives you FREE entry to all race days and is great value.
