MBTC will be drawing winners out of a hat in EVERY RACE at every race meeting!!!.
** Excludes 1st, 2nd, & 3rd placegetters
** EXLUDES any trainer that is eligible for the Trainers Travel Subsidy
** Only ONE BAG per TRAINER per RACE MEETING can be won.
